If are new to the Navarre Beach area, on vacation, or a local just discovering what Navarre Beach has to offer then you will be excited to know that Navarre Beach has a turtle conservation center!
How exciting that Navarre Beach has a turtle conservation park located at 8740 Gulf Blvd in the Navarre Beach Marine Park. Watch for the first building on the left with a sea turtle mural.
The turtle conservation is a non profit 501 (c) (3) charitable organization working to protect and conserve threatened and endangered sea turtles through community educational programs.

History
The Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center started out of love for Florida's wildlife and the beauty that surrounds our coastline. Passionate individuals who have been involved with wildlife on the Emerald Coast for years saw an opportunity to help those animals that were threatened and endangered. The sea turtle conservation center became a reality through volunteer work with the sea turtle patrol groups and other wild life and conservation groups. The patrol groups were volunteers with full time jobs and family responsibilities and many of those passionate volunteers still lead and guide today through a volunteer Board of Directors.
2012: The Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center received it's non profit status and started to spread awareness in the community. The community support led to the doors of the center to open in July of 2013.
2014: The center closed to prepare for growth! A 15,000 gallon saltwater pool was constructed to house sea turtles unable to survive in the wild due to life threatening injuries.

Kayak Tours
June 18th 9:00 - 1:00
First kayak tour launches at 9 am
The last check in for kayak tours is 11:15 am
Kayak tours will launch every 30 to 40 minutes
Beach Clean Up Event
8-10 am at the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier
